  Has a good view, and awesome drink options. They could improve on their english speaking, and their food. My penne-alfredo with sauteed shrimp was good, but it was cold.

  The food itself was okay.
  
  The service however was not up to standards.
  
  1) the waitress forgot to get the table garlic bread and had to be politely reminded 3 times.
  
  2) the waitress spilled water in the half eaten pasta and just apologized, she shouldve offered either a free pasta or a new one, since the pasta was now floating in water.
  
  3) on the plus side, she spoke very good english
