  Very long just to give our order. Then couldn't sit inside because of the limited amount of space. Changing our soft drinks to coffees was complicated and needed further assistance. We finally ate outside in the cold. Not a good experience and won't go back.

  Often slow, and the hours are short. If you're wanting to stop in for a late snack, you may be out of luck.

  Took over 10 minutes for 2 regular coffees. People ordering mcflurries after me received them before I got my coffees and no explanation was provided for the delay.
